To Add a Note to a Work Request

The Details page of the New Work Request dialog box provides space for including general job notes and comments. These notes are distinct from remarks that are displayed on the Remarks page.

A note can be added to an existing work request by opening the Work Request Properties dialog box and then clicking the Details tab to access a slightly different version of the Details page.

  1. Open the New Work Request dialog box or the Work Request Properties dialog box.
  2. Click the Details tab to open the Details page.
  3. In the Notes box, type the note or comment and then click OK.
